AISHU Social Responsibility Concept

People-oriented is not only the core value of AISHU, but also the original intention of participating in public welfare and practicing social responsibility.

AISHU takes "lighting dreams with love and changing productivity with technology" as the practice criterion of corporate social responsibility, and attaches great importance to the management and construction of corporate social responsibility.

We expect that we should actively and efficiently fulfill our social responsibilities internally; we should also cooperate with external public welfare organizations and other organizations to take on more responsibilities in areas of social concern such as rural education development and helping the poor and needy.

Public Welfare Social Responsibility

  • AISHU encourages everyone to practice public welfare, and each AISHU employee enjoys three days of paid public welfare leave every year, helping them to more fully participate in social welfare activities.
  • In order to make every rural child to integrate into the society with dignity and responsibility, AISHU cooperates with the Hunan Wispring Education Development Foundation in depth and participates in various activities such as village visits, scholarship incentives, literacy classes, and summer camps to jointly support the development of rural education.

In 2021, AISHU launched the first AISHU Charity Day, which encourages employees to participate in voluntary services or charitable donations from all dimensions around them. AISHU volunteers actively participated in the fight against COVID-19, conducted in-depth rural research, supported the integration of autistic patients into society, and paid attention to vulnerable groups. A total of 688 people participated in volunteer activities, and the service time was about 4,591 hours.

3.AISHU volunteers visit Yuanling, Hunan province to learn about local rural education and campus information construction. 4. AISHU cooperates with Orbis to hold a blindfolded luncheon to experience the life of the visually impaired.
5.AISHU cooperates with Jianai Charity to conduct cognitive training and encourage employees to care for the elderly. 6. AISHU carries out low-carbon environmental protection projects in the office.
